The Advisory Board / Technical Scientific Committee is composed of six independent expert members, either national or international, in the field of activity of the distributed ICTS MICRONANOFABs network. Its main functions are to analyse, review, and evaluate the draft Strategic Plan of the ICTS every four years, and to define new strategies for the network.

The Access Committee is an independent advisory body responsible for evaluating the applications submitted to the Competitive Open Access (AAC) calls published by the MICRONANOFABs network (MNFs). It shall be composed of members of the national and international scientific community, taking into account their experience and areas of expertise. The committee shall consist of a minimum of six (6) members external to the MNFs, who are experts in the different areas of activity or specialization of the ICTS, and who are responsible for the evaluation of the applications
